Golf & Dinner Signup

2023 GOLF & FOOD! Includes 18 holes of golf, cart, refreshments,lunch & dinner. IMPORTANT - IF YOU PLAN TO SIGN UP FOR GOLF OR DINNER THE DAY OF THE EVENT (8/25), PLEASE DO SO AT THE COURSE. If you can put together your own foursome, that's great.  Individual players are welcome too, we will add you to a group.   2023 DINNER ONLY If you just want to join us for dinner only, that is good too.  Please use the registration form below or purchase a dinner-only ticket directly from the web site (also shown below).

Two ways to sign up (either way is fine with us):

(1)     Mail us the filled out form & submit payment.  $110/person for golf package or $40 for dinner - send us a check using the registration form (shown below) or use VENMO (AMAYS Golf (@AMAYS_Golf). 

You can click on the image, then save the registration form to your computer for printing or, contact us and we can email it to you.
